Hoodprof Wall of Authors (WOA) Installation

Chinua Achebe’s “Things Fall Apart” has been translated into over forty languages; Wole Soyinka’s creative genius won him the Nobel Prize in Literature, the first African to be so honoured, Ben Okri’s “The Famished Road” is reckoned as an essential work of world literature winning the Booker Prize in 1991, Chimamanda Adichie’s novel about the Nigerian civil war “Half of A Yellow Sun” was made into a blockbuster movie with a stellar cast of Hollywood and Nollywood actors; the list of authors from Nigeria with excellent storytelling skills, extremely imaginative and creative writing is endless.

HoodProf Wall of Authors will be introducing young Nigerian children to these renown and bestselling authors in Nigeria, across the African continent and the world at large.
